We are looking for a responsible and versatile Project & IT Operations Executive to coordinate the development of our in-house software, manage internal IT and database systems and enhance our digital presence. The role involves working closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external vendors, while also taking ownership of IT administration and digital engagement initiatives. Role & responsibilities: 1. Software Development Coordination Coordinate with software developers, UI/UX designers and external consultants to translate business goals into product features. Create structured project briefs, gather feedback and ensure progress tracking and testing cycles are timely. Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed documentation for project progress, IT protocols, vendor communications and leadership approvals. JOB DESCRIPTIONS There are two main branches you can follow: commercial credit, where you'll deal with business customers or consumer credit where you'll be dealing with the public. Continuous follow up for any short payments and responsible for immediate accounting for difference in Invoice and collection for e.g. TDS, discounts or credit note 20. Ensuring money should not be lost due to wrong deductions/higher deductions by clients/marketing persons than the applicable rates/approved rates 21. Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required 22. Send out monthly client statements/letters as may be agreed from time to time 23. Develop the credit management capability within the practice 24. Other duties as delegated from time to time by the CFO or Finance Manager or any other person designated in their absence 25. If any customers stop paying or pay late then it's your responsibility to stop the providing services, start legal action to collect the money owed (if necessary) and in the case of bankruptcy you'll have to report to your higher management about the strategies to make sure you can recover what you can. 26. You are expected to regularly review the company's debt recovery procedures 27. Check and update the status in online portal 28. Role & responsibilities Service Desk Engineer:- Key Responsibilities: Ticket Management: Use the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool to log, track, and manage incidents and service requests. SLA Management: Monitor and ensure that SLAs are met by tracking ticket progress and ensuring timely resolution by assigning tickets to the appropriate engineers. Bridge Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the engineering team and end-users, providing updates, clarifying requirements, and resolving any issues related to incidents or requests. Ticket Assignment: Review incoming tickets and assign them to the appropriate support engineers based on priority and expertise. Incident Reporting: Prepare and generate incident reports, summarizing issues, resolutions, and any relevant details for ongoing monitoring or post-mortem analysis. Pack & Catch Support: Assist with the preparation, packaging, and labeling of IT hardware for deployment to end-users. Basic Troubleshooting: Assist with basic troubleshooting of IT devices and software in coordination with the engineering team when necessary. End-User Assistance: Support end-users by gathering relevant details for tickets and communicating necessary information to engineers for resolution. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and organized documentation related to ticketing, inventory, and incident management to ensure transparency and accuracy. Skills & Qualifications: Experience working with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticketing platforms). Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and how to track and meet them. Basic knowledge of IT hardware, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as an effective liaison between engineers and end-users. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in logging tickets and preparing reports. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
